Hand-forged in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, this one-of-a-kind ring pairs buttery 22K and 18K yellow gold with a gemmy Chrysoprase cabochon — its soft green glow echoing the quiet luminance of the woods.

The piece was born from time spent wandering through the woods and beneath grand Sycamores, noticing the small wonders most pass by — a garden snake winding through the underbrush, light catching on bark, the unhurried language of the forest. Inspired by these treasures, I began exploring techniques and combinations that could translate the ordinary into something enduring.

The result is a ring that feels at once ancient and intimate, its high-karat gold resonating with the classical jewels of antiquity. Perception is a meditation on the way we see — and how something seemingly ordinary, when met with attention, becomes extraordinary.
