 ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround- Our collection pieces are made to order, one by one, expect 4-6 weeks to prepare your order for shipping. Bespoke Jewelry is handcrafted per our conversations, design phases and fittings, if applicable. Please allow 2-5 months to prepare your order for shipping or pickup.

Shipping- Once complete, we will notify you that your piece will ship via UPS to customers within the US and its territories. All jewelry is shipped fully insured with tracking. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery.


If you need a rushed order, please contact our concierge before placing your order to confirm that we can accommodate your request.

Delivery Confirmation- All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery.
 This guarantees items are delivered to the address provided with each purchase. SarahMuse.com is responsible only to confirm delivery to the provided address on the purchased order. Please make sure your mailing address is correct with USPS/UPS standards. If you did not receive the item, a claim will need to be made.

Orders for pieces from sarahmuse.com placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

Carriers- Current carrier: UPS

Order Tracking- A tracking # is provided by ZIng and the the tracking information will be sent to you.

Shipping Rates- Shipping Rates Apply for domestic and international.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you would like to place an order and are outside the US and it's territories, please contact our concierge for possible shipping options.

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes when appropriate is based on the order value and the tax threshold determined by the destination country. Payment of any import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. All international sales are final.

Back Orders- We do not have back orders, as each piece is made to order.
