Credit Card Charges- Your credit card will be charged when you place your order online through a secure encrypted server. Your receipt will show Sarah Muse as the vendor and a confirmation will be sent immediately after purchase.



Shipping Policy


Turnaround- Collections pieces are made to order, expect 4-6 weeks to prepare your order for shipping. Each piece of bespoke jewelry is handcrafted per your order. Please allow 2-5 months to prepare your order for shipping or pickup. Once complete, we will notify you that your piece will ship via UPS to customers within the US and its territories. All jewelry is shipped fully insured with tracking. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery.


Orders for pieces from sarahmuse.com placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.

Carriers- Current carrier: UPS

Order Tracking- A tracking # is provided by ZIng and the the tracking information will be sent to you.

Shipping Rates- Shipping Rates Apply for domestic and international.
Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, the assessment of duties and taxes when appropriate is based on the order value and the tax threshold determined by the destination country. Payment of any import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. All international sales are final.

Delivery Confirmation- All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery.
This guarantees items are delivered to the address provided with each purchase. SarahMuse.com is responsible only to confirm delivery to the provided address on the purchased order. Please make sure your mailing address is correct with USPS/UPS standards. If you did not receive the item, a claim will need to be made.

Back Orders- We do not have back orders, as each piece is made to order.
