Your unique design journey kicks off with a private heart-to-heart conversation. It can be in-person or virtual In order to get to know you and understand your likes and dislikes, how you plan to wear your new piece(s) of jewelry and what ideas excite you. I will ask you succinct questions to gather much needed information to help guide the direction of the artistic vision for your special bespoke design.

Absolutely! Send us or bring inspiring pictures, Pinterest boards, or doodles to our initial conversation. They are great for reference to design the perfect jewel.

As a jewelry designer and GIA, AJP with 25 years of experience, I work with reputable gemstone suppliers, gemstone cutters directly and I'm happy to procure the perfect diamonds or gemstones for your bespoke design.

We love working with heirloom gemstones and diamonds. Provide us with details about the gemstone(s); measurements, any GIA certifications, if applicable, and photos. Or, if meeting in-person, bring them along and we’ll take care of the rest. We will then discuss whether or not working the heirloom stone(s) into the design is a viable option.

We can repurpose the gold (non-structural) or refine gold and Platinum and use the value as credit towards creating your new bespoke project. If you're not sure if it’s 14k, 18k or 22k or even metal, don’t worry, I can test it for you when we meet.

Based on our conversation, I'll create 1-3 thoughtfully designed sketches specifically for you, and up to three revisions on the chosen design. After you approve the final design, your custom piece will go into production. I’ll keep you involved throughout your Bespoke Jewelry Journey with photos, videos and/or in-person meetings  to ensure a proper fit and that it's everything you desire.

Your endeavor into the world of personal, one-of-a-kind bespoke pieces designed exclusively for you here at Studio 12 begins at $3500. A 30% non-refundable deposit is due to initiate the design process. Any metal trade-in value is subtracted from the balance which is then due upon delivery/ pick-up of your completed piece(s).

Expect 2-5 months. Your personal Bespoke Jewelry takes time and a sensitivity to your thoughts and the quality I provide. Our Bespoke Jewelry is crafted with the utmost care and takes time. We’ll communicate with you throughout the process.

Every detail of your special pieces are considered with intentional problem solving along the way, especially with more complex art jewelry pieces, so that you fall head-over-heels in love with your new modern heirloom.

Several pieces in our collections can be personalized for you with your preference in gemstones and metals. All of our personalized jewelry is made to order and typically take 6-8 weeks.

We ship via FedEx and UPS. 

All jewelry is shipped fully insured with tracking. Tracking information is provided via email once your package ships.

All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

In-stock jewelry will be shipped out within 1 - 3 business days.

Our Collection pieces and Personalized Special Order pieces are made to order, one by one, expect 4-8 weeks to prepare your order for shipping from the date the order is finalized. We will be in communication along the way, so you are in the loop.

Bespoke Jewelry is crafted with the utmost care. Please allow 2-5 months to prepare your order for shipping or pickup.

Check your jewelry as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase (not including special orders or bespoke commissions, see below), please Email Our Concierge within two (2) days of delivery. Your return request will be answered within 1-3 business days and will provide instructions according to our terms.

To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange for online orders:  Items must be in unworn condition and it must be in their original condition and packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee-  Eligible items will be charged a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged or altered, not in its original condition, or returned more than 7 days after delivery will Not be accepted for return.

All Special Order, Personalized, Customized and Bespoke Jewelry orders are considered Final Sale and Not Returnable or Exchangeable.

We only exchange online orders (not including special orders or bespoke commissions, see below) if your order was marked as a gift and you would like to exchange it for a different size, or, if your order is defective or damaged in transit (during shipping). (Note: materials and design may be slightly different in new pieces.)

Please Email Our Concierge to request an exchange within two (2) days of receipt. Once approved, send your item to the address provided in the correspondence, along with a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a receipt or proof of purchase. You will Not be subject to a restocking fee in this case.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged or altered, not in its original condition, or returned more than 7 days after delivery will Not be accepted for exchange.
